Bookings

All bookings for our services—whether for cooking classes, food tours, or private meals—are made directly through our official website or by contacting us at chef.matteo@thegodfooder.com. After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the experience, including dates, the menu (if applicable), and other relevant information. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of this email.

Payments

Payments for all our services are processed directly by The Godfooder. During the booking process, you will be provided with secure payment instructions. This may include immediate payment or a deposit with the balance payable at a later date, depending on the service booked. Detailed payment terms will be clearly communicated in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cooking Classes and Food Tours: A flexible cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the experience start time are free. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Private Meals: cancellations made up to 5 days before the experience start time are free. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the experience start time incur a 50% charge. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

User/Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services—especially regarding any allergies, intolerances, or other dietary needs. While The Godfooder will make every effort to accommodate these needs, we cannot be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from omitted or incorrect information.

For private meals, you are also responsible for ensuring that the kitchen and dining area are safe and functional for service provision.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on The Godfooder website—including texts, images, logos, and recipes (unless otherwise noted)—is the property of Matteo Cambuli or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
